現在個人が公開されている書き込みプログラムと、書き込みプロトコルのドキュメントでどうにもできるだろうと思っていたのですがダメらしいので別の案。
ルネサスの製品でM16C Flash Starterというフラッシュメモリ書き換えツールがあり、シリアルポート経由で書き換えができるものであり、R8C/15 にも対応しています。
