Issue for Service UUID as 0xFFFD

we use DA14580 SDK 5.0.4

we had a project and it's service UUID have to fix as 0xFFFD

but it will cause relatived UUID work not,

I try other SDK 5.0.4 project- ble_app_peripheral, there is same issue,

how can i implement it.
